A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT & CEO

Hello and welcome to the historic State Theatre New Jersey.

It is an exciting time at STNJ as we head into the busy fall season. We have over 30 performances scheduled, including Broadway, comedy, concerts, dance, family programming, and more.

For Broadway fans, the season kicks off on November 1st with the musical, Mrs. Doubtfire! Other shows in the Broadway season include Elf The Musical, Kinky Boots, Stereophonic, Richard Thomas in Mark Twain Tonight! by Hal Holbrook, Meredith Willson's The Music Man, and Spamalot. We have also added two Broadway stars for the fall, including Tony®-winning Broadway legend Mandy Patinkin In Concert: JUKEBOX on November 7 and the sensational Sarah Brightman: A Winter Symphony on November 30.

For music lovers, New Wave is coming to STNJ on September 10th with Howard Jones ("No One is to Blame," "Things Can Only Get Better"), Haircut 100, and DJ Richard Blade. On October 11, KC and The Sunshine Band are bringing their R&B and funk to the stage, performing hits such as “Get Down Tonight" and “That’s The Way (I Like It)."

If you need a good laugh, check out Comedy Night Live, an evening with four great comedians on September 27th. CNL features Mike Sicoli, Jon Bramnick, Joey Kola, and host Vinnie Brand. On October 5th, join us for a night of absurdity, laughter, and legendary comedy as we celebrate 50 years of Monty Python and the Holy Grail with the one and only John Cleese! This once-in-a-lifetime event features a special screening of the beloved cult classic, followed by an uproarious conversation and audience Q&A with Cleese himself.

We have all of this and so much more. For a complete lineup of events, check out STNJ.org. We will continue to add shows for 2025-26 so join our email list at STNJ.org/enews to be the first to know.

Sincerely,
Sarah K. Chaplin, President & CEO
