Welcome to the JLC!

Happy Holidays!

We are delighted to have you join us for The Nutcracker, which has become a beloved tradition at the James Lumber Center for the Performing Arts (JLC). With its delightful dancing, stunning sets and gorgeous costumes, Ruth Page's version of this holiday classic is a wonder to behold!

December is often a time to reflect on the past year and what we've accomplished, which for the JLC has been a reemergence and renewal. It is also a time to look forward to the fresh start that comes with the new year and excitement about what's to come.

The JLC has a commitment to bring great artists to Lake County. Our upcoming spring season does just that, presenting some of the greatest musicians touring today, incredible dance, and even circus arts - with a free lesson after the show!

Please join us for a season filled with artistic excellence, passion, innovation and fun. From Grammy award winners to TV favorites to regional premieres, we will present the best of the best in 2023 and hope you will join us.
