Four distinctly unique, and rewarding, works are featured at the Ent Center for the Arts. First, the kaleidoscopic festival sounds of British composer Anna Clyne’s PIVOT will walk us through Edinburgh’s iconic Fringe Festival. Next, Mozart will melt our hearts with his extraordinary Piano Concerto No. 23 performed by the “young poet” pianist Albert Cano Smit. Then, Russian composer Anton Arensky’s little-known jewel, Intermezzo, will light up the stage with its imagination and energy. Our journey concludes with Prokofiev’s ever-popular Classical Symphony, a work filled with youthful wit, beauty and exuberance.
