Dayton Live is proud to welcome the national tour of Roald Dahl’s CHARLIE & THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY to the Benjamin & Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center as part of Projects Unlimited Star Attractions. This is another title that the COVID19 kept from us, but this enchanting and delightful production is finally here!

Our gratitude goes to Projects Unlimited Inc. for their loyal support of Dayton Live and Victoria Theatre through the years. President Chris Wyse is currently the president of our Board of Trustees as well, and we can’t express how amazing his leadership and support have been over the past several years. Thank you!

This may be one of the last Projects Unlimited Star Attractions for the 2021-2022 season (we only have BLIPPI THE MUSICAL left on June 14), but we’ve already announced two amazing titles for the 2022-2023 season starting this fall. First there’s MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET CHRISTMAS, which will be here in December to rock the Victoria Theatre for 5 performances. Then in February we’re partnering with The Human Race Theatre Company to host the Roundabout Theatre production of A SOLDIER’S PLAY. This Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning production is a “knock-your-socks-off drama” (Variety) that you won’t want to miss.
