Dante DeCesare joins Sacred Heart University with a strong background in student development and leadership. He earned his undergraduate degree in Psychological Sciences from the University of Connecticut, where he served as a peer mentor, teaching assistant, and president of his fraternity. He went on to pursue a Master’s in Higher Education Administration at the University of Miami, where he gained valuable experience as a live-in graduate advisor for a fraternity and as a member of the Career Center staff. Most recently, he completed his MBA at Louisiana State University Shreveport (LSUS).

Dante currently works as the Assistant Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life, overseeing the fraternity community. Before transitioning into Student Life, he served as the Resident Hall Director for Scholars Commons (JHill) and Bergoglio Hall, where he supported residential students through community development, leadership training, and academic success initiatives. Outside of work, Dante enjoys staying active and can commonly be found coaching Club Football or at one of the nearby gyms.
