Mary Lucy is excited to be returning to Barter’s stages in 2023!  She has been a member of Barter’s Resident Acting Company since 2004. Just a few of her favorite plays include, Driving Miss Daisy, Steel Magnolias, Lying in State, Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks, Walking Across Egypt and Holiday Memories. She holds degrees from Salem College and Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC.  Both schools were enormous assets to her career in theatre and film. Barter Theatre, thanks to extraordinary leadership, teamwork and support, is celebrating its 90th season. Mary Lucy celebrates these institutions and is grateful for the gifts they have given her.
