Emmy® Award winner Robert Post is a performer, director and videographer. Mr. Post has performed in all 50 states and around the world at venues including the Kennedy Center, Lincoln Center Institute, The Big Break Festival in Moscow, The Festival of Comedy in Turkey and Broadway’s New Victory Theatre. He has made three appearances on the Today Show where the host said, “I like him because he’s insane, completely insane.” The New York Times wrote, “Post deserves a place on anybody’s all-star team of the goofily gifted.” He has created over 30 works for which he has received numerous fellowships and awards, and has directed such diverse art forms as theatre, dance, circus, opera, hip hop and stand-up comedy. Post was honored to receive the Columbus Foundation’s Performing Arts Prize for his touring production, How to Survive Middle School, a multimedia stage show combining his live performance with compelling video interviews featuring middle school students. He has been filming his touring life for over thirty years and will premiere his documentary, Post from the Road, next season. Stay tuned!
