Flutist Yian Liu is currently pursuing her DMA in flute performance at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. She also received her Master’s degree in CCM. She previously attended Xiamen University where she earned her Bachelor's degree. When she was a junior, she became an exchange student at National Taiwan University of Art. Yian also attended multiple music festivals in different countries of Asia. Yian enjoys making music with others and feels the connection between instruments and people. In her free time, Yian loves baking pastries and planting flowers.
