Mary Timmer is a singer/songwriter from Portland, Michigan. She is completing her senior year at Indiana University’s prestigious Jacobs School of Music, studying Vocal Jazz under Rachel Caswell. Mary is proficient in styles such as jazz, folk, pop, R&B, and rock. She is a member of the Grammy Award-nominated Singing Hoosiers, as well as their chamber ensemble, ResoluSHion, directed by Dr. Chris Albanese. Outside of school and music, Mary enjoys working on art projects and spending time with her family, fiancé, and two cats. She would like to thank her family, friends, and musical mentors for supporting her career.
