Lyrics

Johnny Costa-Fred M. Rogers: “Won’t You Be My Neighbor” (Theme from Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood)

It's a beautiful day in this neighborhood
A beautiful day for a neighbor
Would you be mine? Could you be mine?

It's a neighborly day in this beautywood
A neighborly day for a beauty
Would you be mine? Could you be mine?

I have always wanted to have a neighbor just like you
I've always wanted to live in a neighborhood with you

So, let's make the most of this beautiful day
Since we're together, we might as well say
Would you be mine? Could you be mine?
 Won't you be my neighbor?

Won't you please, won't you please?
Please, won't you be my neighbor?

Vic Mizzy-Jack Marshall-Neal Hefti: Theme from The Addams Family

 They're creepy and they're kooky

 Mysterious and spooky

 They're all together ooky

 The Addams Family

 Their house is a museum
When people come to see 'em
 They really are a scream
 The Addams Family

 Neat
 Sweet
 Petite

So put a witch's shawl on
A broomstick you can crawl on
We're gonna pay a call on
 The Addams Family

Sherwood Schwartz and George Wyle: “The Ballad of Gilligan’s Isle” from Gilligan’s Island

Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale

a tale of a fateful trip,

that started from this tropic port,

aboard this tiny ship.

The mate was a mighty sailin' man,

the Skipper brave and sure,

five passengers set sail that day,

for a three hour tour,

a three hour tour.

The weather started getting rough,

the tiny ship was tossed.

If not for the courage of the fearless crew

The Minnow would be lost, the Minnow would be lost.

The ship aground on the shore of this uncharted desert isle

with Gilligan,

the Skipper too.

A millionaire and his wife,

A movie star,

The Professor and Mary Ann,

Here on Gilligan's Isle.

Charles Fox-Paul Williams: The Love Boat

 Love, exciting and new
 Come aboard, we're expecting you
 And love, life's sweetest reward
Let it float, it floats back to you

The Love Boat soon will be making another run
The Love Boat promises something for everyone
 Set a course for adventure
Your mind on a new romance

 And Love won't hurt anymore
Its an open smile on a friendly shore
 It's love...

 Welcome aboard, it’s love.

Gary Portnoy-Judy Hart Engelo: "Where Everybody Knows Your Name" (Theme from Cheers)

Making your way in the world today

Takes everything you've got

Taking a break from all your worries

Sure would help a lot

Wouldn't you like to get away?

Sometimes you wanna go

Where everybody knows your name

And they're always glad you came

You wanna be where you can see (ah-ah)

Our troubles are all the same (ah-ah)

You wanna be where everybody knows your name

You wanna be where people know

People are the same

You wanna go everybody knows your name

Climbing the walls when no one calls

You’ve lost at love again

And the more you’re down and out

The more you need a friend

When you you long to hear a kind Hello

Sometimes you wanna go

Where everybody knows your name

And they're always glad you came

You wanna go where people know

People are all the same

You wanna go where everybody knows your name

You wanna be where you can see

Our troubles are all the same

You wanna go where everybody knows your name

You wanna be where people know

People are the same

You wanna go everybody knows your name

Jeffrey Barry-Ja’net Dubois: "Movin’ On Up" (Theme from The Jeffersons)

Well, we're movin' on up (movin’ on up)

To the east side  (movin’ on up)

To a deluxe apartment in the sky

Movin' on up  (movin’ on up)

To the east side  (movin’ on up)

We finally got a piece of the pie

Fish don't fry in the kitchen;

Beans don't burn on the grill

Took a whole lotta tryin'

Just to get up that hill

Now we're up in the big leagues

Gettin' our turn at bat

As long as we live, it's you and me baby

There ain't nothin wrong with that

Well we're movin' on up  (movin’ on up)

To the east side  (movin’ on up)

To a deluxe apartment in the sky

Movin' on up  (movin’ on up)

To the east side  (movin’ on up)

We finally got a piece of the pie

The Twilight Zone

Voice Over Narration:

You unlock this door with the key of imagination.

Beyond it is another dimension: a dimension of sound, a dimension of sight, a dimension of mind.

You're moving into a land of both shadow and substance, of things and ideas.

You've just crossed over into... The Twilight Zone.

Sherwood Schwartz: The Brady Bunch

Here's the story of a lovely lady

Who was bringing up three very lovely girls.

All of them had hair of gold, like their mother,

The youngest one in curls.

Here's the story, of a man named Brady,

Who was busy with three boys of his own,

They were four men, living all together,

Yet they were all alone.

Till the one day when the lady met this fellow

And they knew it was much more than a hunch,

That this group would somehow form a family.

That's the way we all became the Brady Bunch.

The Brady Bunch, The Brady Bunch.

That's the way we all became the Brady Bunch.

Mike Post: “Believe It Or Not” (Theme from The Greatest American Hero)

Look at what's happened to me

I can't believe it myself

Suddenly I'm up on top of the world

It should have been somebody else

Believe it or not, I'm walking on air

I never thought I could feel so free

Flying away on a wing and a prayer

Who could it be?

Believe it or not, it's just me

Just like the light of a new day

It hit me from out of the blue

Breaking me out of the spell I was in

Making all of my wishes come true

Believe it or not, I'm walking on air

I never thought I could feel so free

Flying away on a wing and a prayer

Who could it be?

Believe it or not, it's just me

This is too good to be true

Look at me falling for you

Believe it or not

Believe it or not

Believe it or not

Believe it or not

Believe it or not, I'm walking on air

I never thought I could feel so free

Flying away on a wing and a prayer

Who could it be?

Believe it or not, it's just me

Believe it or not, I'm walking on air

I never thought I could feel so free

Flying away on a wing and a prayer

Who could it be?

Believe it or not, it's just me

Andrew Gold: "Thank You for Being a Friend” (Theme from The Golden Girls)

Thank you for being a friend

Traveled down a road and back again

Your heart is true

You're a pal and a confidant

I'm not ashamed to say

I hope it always will stay this way

My hat is off

Won't you stand up and take a bow

And if you threw a party

Invited everyone you knew

You would see the biggest gift would be from me

And the card attached would say…

Thank you for being a friend

Thank you for being a friend

Thank you for being a friend

Thank you for being a friend

If it's a car you lack

I'd surely buy you a Cadillac

Whatever you need

Any time of the day or night

I'm not ashamed to say

I hope it always will stay this way

My hat is off

Won't you stand up and take a bow

And when we both get older

With walking canes and hair of gray

Have no fear, even though it's hard to hear

I will stand real close and say…

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Let me tell you 'bout a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend

And when we die

And float away

Into the night

The Milky Way

You'll hear me call

As we ascend

I'll say your name

Then once again

Thank you for being a—

Bah bah bah bah bah pah

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend

People, let me tell you 'bout a friend... (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend

Woah tell ya 'bout a friend

I'll thank ya right now for being a friend (Thank you for being a friend)

L'll tell ya 'bout a pal and I'll tell

you again (Thank you for being a friend)

I wanna thank you thank you

Thank you for being a friend

Oh oh oh oh

Jeff Barry and Tom Scott: “Without Us” (Theme from Family Ties)

I bet we′ve been together for a million years

And I bet we'll be together for a million more

Oh, it′s like I started breathing on the night we kissed

And I can't remember what I ever did before

What would we do, baby without us?

What would we do, baby without us?

And there ain't no nothing we can′t love each other through

What would we do, baby without us?

Sha-la-la-la

If it′s absolutely perfect, the last puzzle piece

And it all just comes together, like we had it planned

Ooh, it's like we shared a secret we could never tell

′Cause no one else but you and me could understand

What would we do, baby without us?

What would we do, baby without us?

And there ain't no nothing we can′t love each other through

What would we do, baby without us?

Sha-la-la-la

You've got my number

And I know you know it

And I′m sticking with you 'til the end

Ooh, I'm in trouble if I ever lost you

I′d spend my whole life looking for you again

You′ve got my number

You've got my number

You′ve got my number

What would we do, baby without us?

What would we do, baby without us?

And there ain't no nothing we can′t love each other through

What would we do, baby without us?

Sha-la-la-la

Will Smith-Jeffrey Townes: The Fresh Prince of Bel Air (Theme from The Fresh Prince of Bel Air)

Now, this is a story all about how

My life got flipped-turned upside down

And I liked to take a minute

Just sit right there

I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel Air

In west Philadelphia born and raised

On the playground was where I spent most of my days

Chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool

And all shootin some b-ball outside of the school

When a couple of guys

Who were up to no good

Startin making trouble in my neighborhood

I got in one little fight and my mom got scared

She said "You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel Air"

I begged and pleaded with her day after day

But she packed my suite case and send me on my way

She gave me a kiss and then she gave me my ticket.

I put my walkman on and said, 'I might as well kick it'.

First class, yo this is bad

Drinking orange juice out of a champagne glass.

Is this what the people of Bel-Air Living like?

Hmmmmm this might be alright.

I whistled for a cab and when it came near

The license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror

If anything I can say this cab is rare

But I thought 'Now forget it' - 'Yo homes to Bel Air'

I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8

And I yelled to the cabbie 'Yo homes smell ya later'

I looked at my kingdom

I was finally there

To sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel Air

Gordon Mills-Les Reed: “It’s Not Unusual”

It's not unusual to be loved by anyone
It's not unusual to have fun with anyone
But when I see you hanging about with anyone
It's not unusual to see me cry
 I wanna die

It's not unusual to go out at any time
But when I see you out and about it's such a crime
If you should ever wanna be loved by anyone
 It's not unusual

 It happens every day
 No matter what you say
You'll find it happens all the time
Love will never do what you want it to
Why can't this crazy love be mine?

It's not unusual to be mad with anyone
It's not unusual to be sad with anyone
But if I ever find that you've changed at any time
It's not unusual to find out I'm in love with you
 Whoa-whoa, oh, oh, oh, oh
 Whoa-whoa, oh-ohh

Jesse Frederick: “Everywhere You Look” (Theme from Full House)

Whatever happened to predictability?

The milkman, the paperboy, the evening tv?

Everywhere you look, everywhere you go

There's a heart (there's a heart), a hand to hold onto

Everywhere you look, everywhere you go

There's a face (there's a face) of somebody who needs you

When you’re lost out there and you’re all alone

A light is waiting to carry you home

Everywhere you look

Doo ba da ba, ba-dow

Joe Raposo-Bruce Hart-Jon Stone: Sesame Street (Theme from Sesame Street)

Sunny day

Sweepin' the clouds away

On my way to where the air is sweet

Can you tell me how to get

How to get to Sesame Street?

Come and play

Everything's A-OK

Friendly neighbors there

That's where we meet

Can you tell me how to get

How to get to Sesame Street?

It's a magic carpet ride

Every door will open wide

To happy people like you--

Happy people like

What a beautiful

Sunny Day

Sweepin' the clouds away

On my way to where the air is sweet

Can you tell me how to get

How to get to Sesame Street

Repeat:

(Sesame Street)

How to get to Sesame Street

Till the one day when the lady met this fellow

And they knew it was much more than a hunch,

That this group would somehow form a family.

That's the way we all became the Brady Bunch.

The Brady Bunch, The Brady Bunch.

That's the way we all became the Brady Bunch.

Mike Post: “Believe It Or Not” (Theme from The Greatest American Hero)

Look at what's happened to me

I can't believe it myself

Suddenly I'm up on top of the world

It should have been somebody else

Believe it or not, I'm walking on air

I never thought I could feel so free

Flying away on a wing and a prayer

Who could it be?

Believe it or not, it's just me

Just like the light of a new day

It hit me from out of the blue

Breaking me out of the spell I was in

Making all of my wishes come true

Believe it or not, I'm walking on air

I never thought I could feel so free

Flying away on a wing and a prayer

Who could it be?

Believe it or not, it's just me

This is too good to be true

Look at me falling for you

Believe it or not

Believe it or not

Believe it or not

Believe it or not

Believe it or not, I'm walking on air

I never thought I could feel so free

Flying away on a wing and a prayer

Who could it be?

Believe it or not, it's just me

Believe it or not, I'm walking on air

I never thought I could feel so free

Flying away on a wing and a prayer

Who could it be?

Believe it or not, it's just me

Andrew Gold: "Thank You for Being a Friend” (Theme from The Golden Girls)

Thank you for being a friend

Traveled down a road and back again

Your heart is true

You're a pal and a confidant

I'm not ashamed to say

I hope it always will stay this way

My hat is off

Won't you stand up and take a bow

And if you threw a party

Invited everyone you knew

You would see the biggest gift would be from me

And the card attached would say…

Thank you for being a friend

Thank you for being a friend

Thank you for being a friend

Thank you for being a friend

If it's a car you lack

I'd surely buy you a Cadillac

Whatever you need

Any time of the day or night

I'm not ashamed to say

I hope it always will stay this way

My hat is off

Won't you stand up and take a bow

And when we both get older

With walking canes and hair of gray

Have no fear, even though it's hard to hear

I will stand real close and say…

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Let me tell you 'bout a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend

And when we die

And float away

Into the night

The Milky Way

You'll hear me call

As we ascend

I'll say your name

Then once again

Thank you for being a—

Bah bah bah bah bah pah

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend

People, let me tell you 'bout a friend... (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend (I want to thank you)

Thank you for being a friend

Woah tell ya 'bout a friend

I'll thank ya right now for being a friend (Thank you for being a friend)

L'll tell ya 'bout a pal and I'll tell

you again (Thank you for being a friend)

I wanna thank you thank you

Thank you for being a friend

Oh oh oh oh

Jeff Barry and Tom Scott: “Without Us” (Theme from Family Ties)

I bet we′ve been together for a million years

And I bet we'll be together for a million more

Oh, it′s like I started breathing on the night we kissed

And I can't remember what I ever did before

What would we do, baby without us?

What would we do, baby without us?

And there ain't no nothing we can′t love each other through

What would we do, baby without us?

Sha-la-la-la

If it′s absolutely perfect, the last puzzle piece

And it all just comes together, like we had it planned

Ooh, it's like we shared a secret we could never tell

′Cause no one else but you and me could understand

What would we do, baby without us?

What would we do, baby without us?

And there ain't no nothing we can′t love each other through

What would we do, baby without us?

Sha-la-la-la

You've got my number

And I know you know it

And I′m sticking with you 'til the end

Ooh, I'm in trouble if I ever lost you

I′d spend my whole life looking for you again

You′ve got my number

You've got my number

You′ve got my number

What would we do, baby without us?

What would we do, baby without us?

And there ain't no nothing we can′t love each other through

What would we do, baby without us?

Sha-la-la-la

Will Smith-Jeffrey Townes: The Fresh Prince of Bel Air (Theme from The Fresh Prince of Bel Air)

Now, this is a story all about how

My life got flipped-turned upside down

And I liked to take a minute

Just sit right there

I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel Air

In west Philadelphia born and raised

On the playground was where I spent most of my days

Chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool

And all shootin some b-ball outside of the school

When a couple of guys

Who were up to no good

Startin making trouble in my neighborhood

I got in one little fight and my mom got scared

She said "You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel Air"

I begged and pleaded with her day after day

But she packed my suite case and send me on my way

She gave me a kiss and then she gave me my ticket.

I put my walkman on and said, 'I might as well kick it'.

First class, yo this is bad

Drinking orange juice out of a champagne glass.

Is this what the people of Bel-Air Living like?

Hmmmmm this might be alright.

I whistled for a cab and when it came near

The license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror

If anything I can say this cab is rare

But I thought 'Now forget it' - 'Yo homes to Bel Air'

I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8

And I yelled to the cabbie 'Yo homes smell ya later'

I looked at my kingdom

I was finally there

To sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel Air

Gordon Mills-Les Reed: “It’s Not Unusual”

It's not unusual to be loved by anyone
It's not unusual to have fun with anyone
But when I see you hanging about with anyone
It's not unusual to see me cry
 I wanna die

It's not unusual to go out at any time
But when I see you out and about it's such a crime
If you should ever wanna be loved by anyone
 It's not unusual

 It happens every day
 No matter what you say
You'll find it happens all the time
Love will never do what you want it to
Why can't this crazy love be mine?

It's not unusual to be mad with anyone
It's not unusual to be sad with anyone
But if I ever find that you've changed at any time
It's not unusual to find out I'm in love with you
 Whoa-whoa, oh, oh, oh, oh
 Whoa-whoa, oh-ohh

Jesse Frederick: “Everywhere You Look” (Theme from Full House)

Whatever happened to predictability?

The milkman, the paperboy, the evening tv?

Everywhere you look, everywhere you go

There's a heart (there's a heart), a hand to hold onto

Everywhere you look, everywhere you go

There's a face (there's a face) of somebody who needs you

When you’re lost out there and you’re all alone

A light is waiting to carry you home

Everywhere you look

Doo ba da ba, ba-dow

Joe Raposo-Bruce Hart-Jon Stone: Sesame Street (Theme from Sesame Street)

Sunny day

Sweepin' the clouds away

On my way to where the air is sweet

Can you tell me how to get

How to get to Sesame Street?

Come and play

Everything's A-OK

Friendly neighbors there

That's where we meet

Can you tell me how to get

How to get to Sesame Street?

It's a magic carpet ride

Every door will open wide

To happy people like you--

Happy people like

What a beautiful

Sunny Day

Sweepin' the clouds away

On my way to where the air is sweet

Can you tell me how to get

How to get to Sesame Street

Repeat:

(Sesame Street)

How to get to Sesame Street
