Originally from Long Island, New York, Darcy McLoughlin trained at Manhattan Youth Ballet from 2011 to 2019 under Deborah Wingert and Daniel Ulbricht. She joined BalletMet as a trainee (2019–2022), performing in multiple productions. In 2022, she joined Ballet Memphis under Steven McMahon. Performance highlights include Clara in The Nutcracker, Joy Virtue in Cinderella, Cerrito in Pas de Quatre, and Balanchine’s Donizetti Variations. She has also danced in premieres by McMahon and Durante Verzola. Darcy enters her fourth season with Ballet Memphis in August 2025.
