Born in Redmond, Wash- ington, Mark-David Bloodgood trained on scholarship for 12 years at Pacific Northwest Ballet School under Francia Russell and Peter Boal. He is currently a member of Ballet Orange County and has danced with Huntsville Ballet, South Carolina Ballet, Milwaukee Ballet II, BalletMet II, ARC Dance, Saint Louis Ballet, and Indianapolis Ballet, and as a guest artist with City Ballet of San Diego, Ballet 5:8, Columbus Opera, and Seattle Opera. His principal roles include Siegfried, Albrecht, Romeo, Prince Charming, and works by Balanchine, Tharp, Wheeldon, and Arpino.
