Scott Coulter is one of New York’s most honored vocalists, with five MAC Awards, five Bistro Awards, and two Nightlife Awards for Outstanding Vocalist. He spent eight months at Feinstein’s at the Regency in the revue 11 O’Clock Numbers at 11 O’Clock, which he co-created, directed, and musically arranged. His debut CD won the 2003 MAC Award for Outstanding Recording and was named Best Recording of the Year by TheatreMania and Cabaret Scenes.
He has appeared as director and star of A Christmas Carol: The Symphonic Concert with the Baltimore Symphony and in its Emmy-nominated PBS broadcast, and is a Grammy nominee for Sondheim Unplugged: The NYC Sessions as a featured vocalist.
Coulter performs widely as a soloist and with artists including Sheena Easton and Stephen Schwartz, who called him “one of the greatest interpreters” of his music. He is the creator and director of touring productions such as Music of the Knights, The Wonderful Music of Oz, and Blockbuster Broadway!, and regularly produces Michael Feinstein’s Standard Time at Carnegie Hall.
He is founder of Spot-On Entertainment and serves as resident director of programming at 54 Below, as well as artistic director of the Pocono Mountains Music Festival and founder of Pocono Pops!. A graduate of the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, he is a CCM Distinguished Service Award recipient and 2026 Alumni Guest of Honor.
