Monique L'Heureux
Lighting Designer

Monique L’Heureux is an award-winning lighting designer and a proud collaborator of Artistic Director Molly Lynch (National Choreographers Initiative for 14 years, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and multiple collaborations with Ballet Pacifica).

Past work includes: ten seasons with Raiford Rogers Modern Ballet, lighting director for the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, Clayton Hamilton Jazz Orchestra, and World Music at the Hollywood Bowl; five seasons with Barak Ballet; blue13’s Bollywood Delicious and Khel; Motion Picture and Television Fund event featuring Hugh Jackman, Chita Rivera, Dick van Dyke, and Kristin Chenoweth, among others.

Monique has taught at universities and colleges, is the recipient of four Lester Horton Dance Awards, is a member of United Scenic Artists, and currently a Business Representative for the union. Monique is also an artist and award-winning photographer, who has been shown in many galleries and public spaces.
