Gareth Haw

British born Gareth Haw is a First Soloist with the Semperoper Ballet. After studying eight years at The Royal Ballet School, Haw joined Semperoper Ballet and was quickly relied upon by top ballerinas for his exquisite partnering skills and beautyof lines. Haw has danced principal roles in most classics including Swan Lake, La Bayadere, Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker and Giselle. He has been created on by the likes of Dawson and has an expansive neo-classical repertoire.

Haw’s repertoire includes Watkin's La Bayadère (Solor and Ekavir), Watkin's Swan Lake (Siegfried and Rothbart), Watkin and Beechey’s after Petipa The Nutcracker (Sugarplum Prince), Watkin's The Sleeping Beauty (First Cavalier), Watkin’s Don Quixote (Don Quixote), Bausch’s Iphigenia auf Tauris (Agamemnon), Dawson’s Giselle (Hilarion and Begleiter), Inger’s Carmen (Zuniga), Forsythe’s In the Middle Somewhat Elevated (Laurent), Forsythe’s NewSuite (Handle 1), Forsythe’s Quintett (Stephen), Graham’s Errand into the Maze (Minotaur), Macmillan’s Manon (The Strong Man), Kylián’s Forgotten Land (Black Couple), Balanchine’s The Four Temperaments (3rd Theme), Balanchine’s Symphony in C (Soloist Couple 2nd Movement), Balanchine’s Theme and Variations (Demi Soloist), Peck’s Heatscape (Principal 2nd Movement), Inger's Walking Mad (Damien), Forsythe's Artifact (2nd Canon), and Ashton's The Dream (Lovers).
