Originally from Hawaii, Mia Frederick began dancing at age 3 and later trained at Southland Ballet Academy with Ms. Salwa. She has received awards and scholarships from Youth America Grand Prix, California Dance Classics, Universal Ballet Competition, and Music Center Spotlight. Mia attended training programs at prestigious schools, including the Royal Ballet Academy, John Cranko School, Princess Grace Academy, English National Ballet School, Royal Conservatoire Den Haag, Royal Winnipeg Ballet, and Colorado Ballet.
