Jonathan Bonamarte is a violist from Oak Ridge High School. He has been with the KSYOA for six years. He has proudly been a member of many orchestras, including the ETSBOA’s All State and All East, ORHS Masquers Pit Orchestra, and a quartet playing classical music in local spots. With over $50,000 in scholarship offers, he will attend Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, TN, and major in Design Studies with a focus on Architecture and Interior Design. There, he will also work toward a Viola performance minor under the guidance of Dr. Wei Tsun Chang. Outside of music, he enjoys many different activities such as photography, engineering, and hanging out with friends.
