Audrey Howe is a senior at Maryville High School. She has played double bass for eight years and has been part of the KSYOA for five years. She is also a part of the varsity cross country team, has been in Girl Scouts for thirteen years, and is in the National Honor Society. Audrey is a four-time All-State bassist, was admitted to the NAfME All-National Symphony her Sophomore year. She plans to attend West Virginia University in the fall to major in Music and Health on a Physical Therapy track. She was awarded a full-tuition scholarship to West Virginia University based on her academic and musical achievements. She would like to thank her orchestra director, Mathew Wilkinson, her private lesson teacher, Daniel Shifflet, and her family for their continued support during her musical career thus far.
