KALEIDOSCOPE DRAMATURG (THE UNTIME)

Nick (he/his) is proud to return to the Marin Shakespeare Company as an Artistic Associate and member of the dramaturgy team.  He played HAMLET last summer for MSC’s first production in three years. He served on the Artistic Board and as Shakespeare Workshop Moderator at Theatre West where he created roles in World Premieres including OUR MAN IN SANTIAGO, which he premiered OFF-BROADWAY, MOOSE ON THE LOOSE, and AGAINST THE WALL. His research in Shakespeare studies informed his directorial debut, LOVE’S LABOUR’S LOST which received critical acclaim from Shakespeare scholars across the country calling it the best version of the play on film. He continues to direct for the stage and film and has several TV acting credits. He is co-creator of THE ROSY CROSS series being developed in Europe and has performed in Shakespeare productions throughout the Bay Area. He has taught Shakespeare at the UCLA School of Theatre, Film & Television, the Broad Stage, and Laney College. He continues to dramaturg and teaches acting for the BraveMaker academy.
