EMILY FISCHER (she/her, Fiddler) is a Chicago-based violinist and educator. She appears regularly with Music Theater Works and the Lincolnwood Chamber Orchestra. Equally at home in classical, rock, and pop styles, she has performed at Art & Soul on the Fox Fest, House of Blues, and as an opening act for Cheap Trick. Emily began studying violin at age three through the Suzuki Method, a philosophy that continues to shape her approach to both performance and teaching. She earned her master’s degree in violin performance with a concentration in pedagogy from the University of Louisville, where she received Suzuki certifications in books 1–10.
