CommunityREACH is Music Theater Works’ innovative approach to community engagement. The program builds purposeful, ongoing collaborations with local nonprofits, business, and educational institutions to engage new audiences, help build connections, and expand theater participation beyond ticket sales.  

TicketREACH includes long standing programs ensuring free and deeply discounted tickets for young people, schools, youth groups, and social service agencies; group sales promotions targeting community groups and seniors; accommodations for disabled patrons and elderly.

YouthREACH is Music Theater Works’ program for children and teens, including performance programs, internships, and educational programs. Through YouthREACH, Music Theater Works aims to transform young people’s lives through musical theater.
 
YouthREACH:Talent—Music Theater Works’ performance-based youth programs
•        The Youth Company - for 13 to 18-year-olds
•        Kids Company - for 8 to 13-year-olds
 
YouthREACH:Tech—paid high school internships in theater tech and production, supported by a grant from Illinois Arts Council Summer Youth Employment in the Arts.
