DAVID GEINOSKY (he/him, Rooster Hannigan) is thrilled to be spending the Holiday season with the Music Theater Works family once again. He first joined the company in 2022 for IRVING BERLIN’S WHITE CHRISTMAS (ensemble, U/S “Phil Davis”). In 2023 he landed MEL BROOKS’ THE PRODUCERS (“Leo Bloom”) and BRIGADOON (ensemble, U/S “Charlie”). Most recently in 2025 he returned for GUYS AND DOLLS (“Benny Southstreet”) and FIDDLER ON THE ROOF (“Avram, U/S “Perchik”). Before moving back home to Chicago from NYC, where he graduated from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy,  David began traveling to smaller regional theaters throughout the U.S. He appeared in the National Tour of THE WIZARD OF OZ (ensemble, U/S “Scarecrow”) as well as the Lead Male vocalist aboard Silverseas International Cruises. When David doesn’t have the pleasure of performing he serves as a scenic designer, painter, prop, and costume renter for theatrical productions throughout the Chicagoland area.
