MARIANNE EMBREE (she/her; Greer & others) is delighted to make her Music Theater Works debut in ANNIE. She has enjoyed a wide-ranging performance career that has taken her from Chicago-area stages to regional theaters across the country. Favorite roles include “Emily” in THE LIFESPAN OF A FACT at Oil Lamp Theater and “Myra” in DEATHTRAP with Brightside Theater. She has also appeared as the “Lady of the Lake” in SPAMALOT at Starlight Theater and “Tessitura” in GYPSY at Brightside Theater. Marianne spent many seasons as a featured vocalist with The Lakeside Singers. A graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance, she is thrilled to be sharing this story with the MTW community
