ALBERT JOHNSTON (he/him; ensemble and U/S Sound Effects Man & others) is thrilled to be making his Music Theater Works debut in ANNIE! As a newcomer to Chicago, Albert has been fortunate to also perform with Devonshire Playhouse in GYPSY (“Tulsa”) and ONCE UPON A MATTRESS (“Jester”). He has also performed with The Chicago Kids Company in MRS. CLAUS (“Sid”). Albert grew up in Arizona where he graduated with a BA in performance and movement from Arizona State. He was fortunate to work with The Phoenix Theatre Company in BANDSTAND (ensemble swing), AN AMERICAN IN PARIS (ensemble), and A CHORUS LINE (“Al DeLuca”).
