(she/her) is thrilled to return to professional theatre with Music Theater Works after a 12 year hiatus to focus on motherhood. Her 30+ year career has been mostly focused on management positions. She has stage managed on tour, in summer stock, for cruise line entertainment, in opera, and in dinner theater. Jennifer has production managed and curated props for many Chicago area theaters – most notably Roadworks Productions, greasy joan & co., and About Face Theatre. Jennifer was the assistant stage manager and company management sub for the long running production of I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change at The Royal George Theatre. She was house manager at Steppenwolf Theatre for four years and was inaugural house staff at Blue Man Group Chicago. In 2009, Jennifer moved to Virginia with her husband and daughter, got certified in interior design and, subsequently, owned her own interior design business for five years. She focused her artistic abilities towards helping others with space planning, color consultations, and selecting decorative elements. Upon returning to Chicago (now with two children in tow), Jennifer joined the Skokie Park District staff as a stage manager at Devonshire Cultural Center. There she stage managed productions of Pippin, The Man Who Came to Dinner, Follies, Sounds of Hope, Les Miserables, and The Music Man. Jennifer is incredibly proud to be the company manager at Music Theater Works and looks forward to its continued success.
