Andrew John Baker (he/him, ensemble/Enoch U/S) is thrilled to be back at Music Theater Works. Andrew is a freelance theatre artist who began working in Chicago at the beginning of 2022. Andrew works as an actor, singer, technician, and designer (scenic, projection and lighting). Chicago acting credits include ensemble in SHREK, IRVING BERLIN’S WHITE CHRISTMAS, and MEL BROOKS’ THE PRODUCERS(Music Theater Works); “ensemble/Bobby U/S” in URINETOWN (Surging Films & Theatrics), and “Sheriff Joe” in THE SPITFIRE GRILL (Jedlicka PAC). As a designer, Andrew recently served as the associate lighting designer for Drury Lane’s production of GREASE. Andrew often works as a guest designer with his alma mater, Taylor University; scenic design (EVERYBODY by Braden Jacobs-Jenkins), scenic projections (Shakespeare’s MACBETH); and an adaptation for THE LITTLE PRINCE.
