Sarah Rosales is a Salvadoran-American coloratura soprano known for her performance of the U.S national anthem for the seventh presidential debate during the 2020 U.S election cycle, becoming the first Salvadoran individual to perform on CNN International LIVE. Known for her versatility stemming across many genres of music, she has starred in operatic roles such as Königin der Nacht (Die Zauberflöte); Cunegonde (Candide); Despina (Così fan tutte); and in her musical theater career has played roles such as Woman 2 (Songs for a New World) and Magenta (Rocky Horror Picture Show). Sarah is a graduate of Drake University in Des Moines, IA (2021) and studied under Leanne Freeman-Miller.
