Don Reiman is a dynamic individual with a zest for life. As the founder and president of Echelon Group, an employee benefits and financial services company, Don has established himself as a retirement expert for small businesses and business owners. Recognized in the 401(k) Wire’s 2010 national list of 300 Most Influential Defined Contribution Advisors, Don brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his clients.

A native of Boise, Idaho, Don embraces the diverse opportunities his hometown offers. He is an avid cyclist, pilot, and whitewater rafter, often connecting with people through his adventures. Don is also deeply committed to his community, supporting various Boise State University events and philanthropic initiatives. His book, RESET: Harnessing Change, Fear, and Risk as Catalysts for an Extraordinary Life, published in 2014, reflects his philosophy on redefining success and living life to the fullest.

Don holds a BA in Business/Managerial Economics from Boise State University and an MS in Financial Services from American College. His numerous professional designations include Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Behavioral Financial Advisor (BFA), among others.

Active in both his industry and community, Don's current associations include the Boise State Lyle Smith Society, Downtown Rotary Club, and Angel Flight West. His past service includes leadership roles in the Society For Financial Professionals and the Rotary Club of Boise Metro, among others.
