Professionally trained as an Electrical Engineer and a Baptist minister, Theresie loves building community and helping others discover their gifts.  She has served as a program manager for the Navy, as executive director for Stafford Junction (formerly Olde Forge Junction), and as volunteer chaplain at Mary Washington Hospital and Chancellors Village.  She is excited to build on the legacy of her mother, Betty Jane Glancy, a founding member of Riverside, and to assist in extending Riverside’s community outreach.  She lives in Spotsylvania with her husband, Mark.
