Antonio Disla (Assistant Director) is a theatre practitioner born and raised in New York City. He is the co-artistic director of A2D2 Theatre, based in Michigan. As a solo artist, Disla has created various site-specific and staged works exploring themes of identity and race, featured on national and international stages. Most recently, he performed in an ensemble-devised work, Prometheus Beginning, in Romania at the Sibu International Theater Festival 2024. Antonio Disla's academic influence extends as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the School of Music, Theatre & Dance at the University of Michigan in the Department of Theatre and Drama.
