Sophie Schott will graduate from Meadowlark Homeschool Academy on June 6, 2026. Throughout her school years, she has been very active in 4-H, serving in many county leadership positions, as State 4-H Ambassador in 2023-24, and exhibiting poultry, rabbits and many sewing, photography and craft projects. In addition to SDSYO, her music activities have included Scotland Community Choir, church choirs, and serving as cantor for two congregations in Scotland. She also has played or sang for many community events. She will attend Concordia College in Moorhead, MN in the fall, majoring in violin performance. Her favorite Youth Orchestra memory is the 2023 trip to Kansas City and the performance of Tchaikovsky's 5th Symphony.
