Chen Liang is a Chinese-born pianist who lives in the Washington, D.C., area. She received her bachelor’s degree from Wuhan Conservatory of Music, and she moved to Washington, D.C, in 2015. She completed her graduate studies at The Catholic University of America (CUA). During this period, she worked at CUA as a studio accompanist, and she studied with Dr. Ivo Kaltchev, the chair of the piano department at CUA. As an active performer and collaborative pianist, she has brought her music to many cities in China and the United States, including Wuhan, Beijing, New York, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. 

In 2022, Chen Liang received her Doctor of Musical Arts in Performance (Piano) at Shenandoah Conservatory where she studied with Ieva Jokubaviciute and Dr. Alexander Bernstein.
