In a career spanning more than four decades, pianist, synthesist, and composer Neil “Nail” Alexander has made his mark on the international music scene, touring the U.S., Europe, Mexico, and Canada. He has performed with artists such as The Mahavishnu Project, Joe Lovano, Karl Berger, Rez Abbasi, Virgil Donati, Marty Balin, Corey Glover, Carmen Moore, and Pee Wee Ellis, among many others.

His other original projects include the world fusion ensemble “NAIL,” along with solo electro-acoustic performances under the name “Nail Jung.” Alexander has been involved with Modern Dance Choreographers for more than 45 years. He teaches master classes in electronic music production and heads the Ableton Hudson Valley User Group.
