Hello and welcome to the historic State Theatre New Jersey.
It is an exciting time at STNJ as we have just announced our 2025-26 Broadway Season. This year's shows include Mrs. Doubtfire, Elf The Musical, Kinky Boots, Stereophonic, Richard Thomas in Mark Twain Tonight! by Hal Holbrook, Meredith Willson's The Music Man, and Spamalot. We have also added two Broadway stars for the fall, Tony®-winning Broadway legend Mandy Patinkin In Concert: JUKEBOX on November 7 and the sensational Sarah Brightman: A Winter Symphony on November 30. Season Tickets are on sale now. Learn more at STNJ.org/seasontickets.
While you wait for the fall lineup, be sure to check out our summer offerings. Our Free Summer Movie Series returns on July 1 with Despicable Me 4. The screenings are at 10:30am and 7pm and include Moana 2 on July 15, The Wild Robot on July 22, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 on July 29, and Inside Out 2 on August 5.
Also, this summer on August 9 is the return of the annual New Brunswick Heart Festival. This FREE outdoor family-friendly festival features live music and dance performances, dance classes for kids, craft and food vendors, free balloon animals and face painting, and so much more. Before the festival starts, bring the family to LUMIA: A Futuristic Cirque Show. This groundbreaking production redefines the boundaries of technology and entertainment, with holograms, interactive lasers, LED technology, light suits, and robots.
