Martin Piskorski gained early musical experience as a violinist and alto soloist with the Vienna Boys Choir. In 2013 and 2014, he was a member of the Salzburg Festival’s Young Singers Project where he performed as Herr von Faninal in Der Rosenkavalier in 2015. His stage experience includes roles as the Preacher in Leonard Bernstein’s Mass, Alfred in Die Fledermaus, Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni, Belmonte in Abduction from the Seraglio, Tamino in Magic Flute, and Rinaldo in Armida. Piskorski made his U.S. operatic debut in 2017 as the title role in Faust, and in 2018 he will return to Teatro alla Scala to perform as Jaquino in Fidelio.
