As a songwriter, he writes for the long running Young and the Restless on CBS/Paramount. He has written the music and lyrics for the new musical Southern D!scomfort with book by Monica L. Patton. He is also proud of his work with www.JustOneStepForDemocracy.com, an organization founded by Arnetia Walker and Stephen Nachamie to promote voting through the arts. Hear his song For America as well as This Voice, which was co-written by Sylvia McCalla and Yvette Cason. He also writes for The Young And The Restless with writing partner Tom Kochan, and he penned the theme song to the ABC-TV soap Loving, which was performed by Johnny Mathis.

His Broadway credits include Our Town, Moulin Rouge, Aladdin, After Midnight, Book of Mormon, Shrek the Musical, The Color Purple, Smokey Joe's Cafe, Dreamgirls, and The Wiz.

He is the recipient of an Outstanding Individual Performance Award for his work in the 2010 NYMFA Great Unknown, and a 9-time male vocalist winner at the Ed McMahon Star Search, where he used all of his own material.

He has appeared on television in Chicago PD, Empire, Law & Order, ED (among others).

It is his distinct pleasure to teach a class developed by Alan Nussbaum at TVI Actor Studio, where he aids students in finding what unique qualities they can bring to auditions, helps them stand out, and get the job through choices, confidence, and skills.
