Sam Gravitte is an actor and writer based in New York City. Acting credits include playing “Fiyero” in Broadway’s smash hit Wicked, reopening the show after the pandemic theatre hiatus. Other shows include Beautiful, Almost Famous, White Rose, Sweeney Todd, and more, along with various workshops and developmental labs. Sam’s play Hurricane was a 2024 semifinalist at the O’Neill National Playwrights Conference, and his other work is published with Broadway Licensing. As a singer, Sam has headlined shows at the 92nd Street Y, Birdland Jazz Club, Provincetown, the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra, and more. He has taught at schools around the country, including Princeton University, where he earned his BA. Sam is a Monson Arts Award recipient and Lifetime Member of The Actors Studio.
