Did you know? After playing in several local bands as bassist or singer, Paul Young broke onto the music scene 40 years ago when his solo album No Parlez went to No. 1 and spawned iconic hits like “Wherever I Lay My Hat (That’s My Home).”
Later in his illustrious career, Young’s passion for cooking also took off after he appeared in high profile TV shows such as Celebrity MasterChef and Hell’s Kitchen. Young released a cookbook, On My Travels, in the summer of 2012, which featured well-loved recipes from the many places he visited while touring.
