COVID-19 Guidelines
BalletMet
Beginning October 1, 2021

BalletMet, in collaboration with other leading Columbus performing arts organizations, will require all patrons (12 and older), staff, and volunteers to provide proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test in order to attend indoor events and performances. Masks will be required regardless of vaccination status or age.

Ticketholders will be notified by email if health safety protocols change before an event. If you are sick or not feeling well, please stay home.

Refunds will be issued to anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms when they arrive. In lieu of a refund, please consider helping sustain the performing arts by:

  • Crediting the ticket amount to your account and applying it to a future performance.
  • Donating the price of your unused ticket back as a tax-deductible gift to BalletMet.
FULLY-VACCINATED PATRONS

A patron vaccinated against COVID-19 by a two-dose mRNA vaccine (Moderna, AstraZeneca and Pfizer), or a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson), is considered “fully vaccinated” two weeks after the final dose of vaccine (the second dose for a two-dose regimen, or the single dose for a single-dose regimen).

Documentation of vaccination status, along with ticket and valid I.D., must be shown upon entry to the venue and available upon request at any time.

The following are acceptable as proof of full vaccination:

  • Vaccination card or record (Government or Healthcare provider issued)
  • Photo of a vaccination card (physical or digital)

Documentation must include:

  • Name of the person vaccinated
  • Vaccine provided
  • Date the final dose was administered

NOTE: Self-reported (home test) results will not be accepted. All results must be from a licensed test provider, laboratory, or health care provider.

PATRONS WITHOUT VACCINATIONS

Patrons unable to be vaccinated, ages 12 and up, will be required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to event attendance or a negative antigen test taken within 24 hours prior to the event.

Documentation of a negative COVID test, along with ticket and valid I.D., must be shown upon entry to the venue and available upon request at any time.

The following are acceptable as proof of a negative COVID-19 test result:

  • Printed document (Government, or Healthcare provider issued)
  • Email or Text message displayed digitally (Government, or Healthcare provider issued)

Documentation must include:

  • Name of the person tested
  • Test type performed
  • Date of negative test result (taken within 72 hours (PCR) or 24 hours (antigen) prior to event attendance)

NOTE: Self-reported (home test) results will not be accepted. All results must be from a licensed test provider, laboratory, or health care provider.
