HEALTH AND SAFETY

Update as of Tuesday, September 7, 2021:

Effective for New Century performances beginning September 30, 2021, all audience members will be required to present proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 upon arrival to our venues and to wear appropriate face coverings at all times while inside the performance venues.

Patrons must present a physical vaccination, photo of a vaccination card, or QR code issued by the State of California along with a government-issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport. Appropriate face coverings include disposable or cloth face masks that cover both the mouth and nose, and they must be worn at all times indoors at all venues, regardless of age, medical or religious reasons, or vaccination status.

Given these new policies around vaccinations and masking, we will not be implementing physical distancing in our audience seating. We will, however, perform our September 30 – October 3, 2021 performances without intermission to minimize crowd movement.

We will continue to update this page with the latest information as health and safety guidance evolves. We will inform and update subscribers and ticket holders of updated policies as necessary.

We realize some audiences may not be comfortable attending with these attendance policies in place, and accordingly this season, we will be happy to exchange, refund or donate any tickets you feel you cannot use if you contact us prior to your concert date.
