MIRIAM LARICI & LEONARDO BARRIONUEVO
Miriam Larici and Leonardo Barrionuevo are internationally acclaimed Argentine tango dancers, choreographers, and instructors. Since 2009, they have served as tango choreographers for FOX and the BBC’s So You Think You Can Dance, and since 2011 for ABC’s Dancing with the Stars. They were champions on NBC’s Superstars of Dance and have appeared as guest performers on America’s Got Talent and Univision’s Latin Grammy Awards. Their work also includes appearances in national television commercials for Chase Bank and a co-starring role in ABC’s series The Catch. They were featured performers in the Broadway hit Forever Tango, earning a Tony Award nomination for Best Choreography.
Both originally from Argentina, Miriam and Leonardo are trained in ballet, jazz, stage performance, and social Argentine tango. Miriam is widely recognized as the iconic image of Forever Tango on Broadway and in London, and has also appeared in Broadway productions such as 42nd Street, Me and My Girl, and The Mambo Kings. Leonardo has performed in Forever Tango and appeared in many of Buenos Aires’ most prestigious tango houses, where he has also directed and choreographed productions.
Together, they have built an international reputation for their artistry and expertise, performing and teaching at major tango festivals, competitions, and events around the world. They are widely regarded as one of the leading tango couples of their generation.

GUILLERMINA QUIROGA & MARIANO LOGIUDICE
Guillermina Quiroga is widely recognized as one of the world’s leading female tango dancers, having profoundly influenced the role of women in the art form. Her multifaceted career as a performer, choreographer, teacher, and artist has established her as a prominent figure in the global tango community.
She has performed as a soloist on the Julio Iglesias World Tour and collaborated with renowned orchestras including those of Luis Bacalov, Mariano Mores, and Color Tango. Her stage credits include acclaimed productions such as Tango x 2, Tango Argentino, and Forever Tango on Broadway, as well as appearances in films including Naked Tango and Assassination Tango. She also created and produced her own work, Tango: Historias Breves.
The New York Times has described her as “the Fonteyn of tango,” praising her elegant posture and poised stage presence, while the Los Angeles Times has highlighted her dynamic style, blending traditional tango with expansive extensions, athletic lifts, and compelling artistry.
Her partner, Mariano Logiudice, has performed and taught extensively at major international festivals, including those in Napoli, Shanghai, New York, Boston, San Francisco (ATUSA), Hudson, and New Jersey. Together, they continue to share their artistry with audiences and students around the world.

GIOVANNA DAN & GUILLERMO DE FAZIO
GD Tango is the partnership of Argentine dancers Guillermo de Fazio and Giovanna Dan. Both natives of Buenos Aires, they formed their collaboration through a shared upbringing in artistic families, spending their childhoods immersed in music and the rich cultural traditions of Argentina.
Giovanna grew up behind theater curtains, watching her tango dancer mother and musician father perform on stages around the world. Guillermo, the son of a classical pianist, trained in multiple disciplines at his grandmother’s Academy of Argentine Arts and Culture in Buenos Aires.
Since 2015, the duo has performed together internationally and is now based in Los Angeles, California. In addition to teaching and promoting Argentine tango in the United States, they create original productions and perform worldwide, with appearances across North and South America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Their recent engagements include a residency at La Casa del Tango in Dubai and a performance at the Hollywood Bowl with the Los Angeles Philharmonic for a nationally broadcast PBS special. They have also choreographed for commercials and television projects in Los Angeles and frequently appear on Spanish-language networks such as Telemundo and Univision. Their original productions include Once Upon a Tango, Tango Argentina (in collaboration with the Fabrizio Mocata Quartet), and Un Viaje por Buenos Aires.

NOELIA GUERRERO & MARTIN CARDOSO
Noelia Guerrero and Martín Cardoso are accomplished ballroom and Argentine tango dancers who have partnered for more than 15 years. Both bring diverse training backgrounds in ballet and folk dance, which inform their dynamic and expressive style.
Their achievements include earning First Place as the United States Official Argentine Tango Stage Champions (ATUSA 2023), along with multiple First Place titles in NDCA Open Professional Showdance competitions, including Miami Vibe, First Coast Classic, Sunshine DanceSport Championship, North Florida Dance Challenge, and Platinum DanceSport Championship. They have also been finalists at the United States Dance Championships (USDC) and the Millennium DanceSport Championships.
Since 2017, they have been the owners of Dance Flow Fort Myers, where they teach and mentor students while continuing to train, compete, and perform alongside leading tango dancers and maestros.

CLAUDIO PREDIERI
Claudio Predieri is a tango dancer and instructor with a background in both Argentine folk dance and Argentine tango. His foundation in traditional dance shapes his musicality, sense of connection, and teaching approach. He emphasizes strong fundamentals, cultural authenticity, and clear technique, guiding students of all levels to develop confidence, expression, and connection on the dance floor.

LYLIANA BELTRAN & TONY FLORES
Lyliana Beltran and Tony Flores began dancing at an early age, developing a strong foundation through years of formal training in a variety of styles. This background led them to Argentine tango, where they discovered a deep passion for musicality, connection, and expression. Today, they share their love of tango through competitions and performances.

CRISTINA LARIOS & RAUL NAVARRETE
Cristina Larios and Raul Navarrete developed a strong technical foundation through their early training, enabling them to approach tango with both precision and creativity. Known for their musical sensitivity, fluid movement, and expressive presence, they blend classical dance technique with the emotional depth of Argentine tango.
"ARTE" TANGO SEXTET
The Alex Roitman Tango Ensemble (ARTE) is a U.S.-based group dedicated to performing vibrant, authentic Argentine tango music for both dancers and listeners. Drawing on strong classical training, extensive tango experience, and individual musical expression, the ensemble brings the spirit and flavor of Buenos Aires to audiences across the United States.

ALEX ROITMAN
The ensemble is led by bandoneonist Alex Roitman, a disciple of Héctor Del Curto. A member of the Stowe Tango Music Festival Orchestra, he was awarded the silver medal at the 2022 Che Bandoneon International Competition.
Mr. Roitman has shared the stage with renowned tango artists including Víctor Lavallén, Horacio Cabarcas, Pablo Estigarribia, José Colángelo, Pablo Agri, Nicolás Ledesma, Humberto Ridolfi, Guillermo Rubino, Julio Pane, and Néstor Marconi, as well as members of Héctor Del Curto’s quintet. In addition to performing, he composes original tango works, creates new arrangements, and continues to transcribe and preserve classic tango repertoire.

YUKIE KAWANAMI
Yukie Kawanami is the first prize winner of the 2015 Che Bandoneon International Competition and performs both in Japan and internationally. Her U.S. appearances include the Stowe Tango Music Festival Orchestra (2015–2023), El Tango in Miami, the ABO Festival in Albuquerque, and performances with Tangonero and the ARTE Sextet in the San Francisco Bay Area and Miami.

KEIKO CADBY
A native of Northern California and Southern Japan, Keiko Cadby began playing the violin at age five and performed at Carnegie Hall in New York by age eleven. She continued her studies at the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music, where she was first introduced to Argentine tango by Professor Antonio Lysy, son of the legendary Argentine violinist Alberto Lysy. Over the past decade, she has performed internationally with numerous tango artists and ensembles, including many Grammy Award winners and nominees. She is a regular contributor to the West Coast Tango Ensemble and the Music Intersections Tango Orchestra.

NATALIA MAIDEN
Russian-born violinist Natalia Vasilieva Maiden holds degrees in violin performance and teaching from the Minsk State Conservatory in Belarus. She has performed with Sarasota Opera, St. Petersburg Opera, the Venice Symphony, and the Sarasota Orchestra. Her passion lies in exploring a wide range of musical genres, from classical to sophisticated jazz and pop. She has performed with artists such as Andrea Bocelli and Johnny Mathis, among others, and frequently collaborates on diverse musical projects.

CRYSTIE SHUM
Born in Hong Kong, Crystie Shum began piano lessons at the age of four and trained for eight years. After discovering Argentine tango, she pursued advanced studies with renowned maestros including Héctor Del Curto, Pablo Estigarribia, Gustavo Casenave, Nicolás Ledesma, Adrián Enríquez, and César Salgán.
She has performed at the Stowe Tango Music Festival in 2022 and 2023 alongside distinguished guest artists Víctor Lavallén and Guillermo Rubino. Her international performances include Buenos Aires, Tijuana, and multiple cities in Japan. Crystie performs with the Alex Roitman Tango Ensemble in Florida, an orquesta típica directed by Sasha Zeyliger in the San Francisco Bay Area, Las Tangueritas, and Los Angeles del Tango. She recently founded her own ensemble, Cristal.

ZOE KUMAGAI ELIAS
Zoe Kumagai Elias is a double bassist from Southern California. She studied classical bass with Diana Gannett, Gary Karr, and David Young. Ms. Elias has appeared on recordings including Nissman Plays Ginastera: Three Piano Concertos (2012), Points of Departure (2013), Milhaud: L’Orestie d’Eschyle (2014), and Opera Deconstructed: A Live Mixtape (2021). She was drawn to tango through its unique fusion of dance and music and has performed both on stage and at milongas with the ARTE Sextet and Las Tangueritas.
