Puppy Pals originator Wesley Williams started it all based on his love for animals of all kinds. His passion dates back to childhood—his mom recalls that at just five years old, he wanted to purchase a full-on petting zoo! There was always something new, she said. One month he wanted a potbellied pig, the next a miniature pony, then a flock of chickens—if you can name the animal, Wesley wanted it.

Although he has always had a genuine joy for working with animals, Wesley pursued his unique unicycle skills at an early age, while keeping his dream of working with furry friends in the back of his mind. Just a few years after committing to his lifelong goal of creating an animal act, Wesley burst onto the scene with Puppy Pals, a hit comedic stunt dog show.

What’s so special about Puppy Pals Live? It features real rescue dogs. Thousands of dogs across the country are without homes—and you can make a difference. Today, you’ll see just how amazing these animals can be with love, compassion, empathy, patience, and lots of treats!
