A LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT & CEO
It is my pleasure to welcome you to Hope for Ukraine, our first Classical Season Celebration since the pandemic closure. We are honored to be with you as we celebrate the long tradition of classical performances here at State Theatre New Jersey, and also use this opportunity to support the people of Ukraine.
My deepest thanks to everyone who made this evening possible. As a non-profit presenting theater, we rely upon the generosity of our community to continue to present our diverse mainstage performances as well as our community and arts education programs. Your attendance tonight helps to keep our Classical Series, and programs like Symphony Scholars alive.
I would like to express my gratitude to the entire Celebration Committee. A special thank you goes to Robin Suydam for her tireless efforts to make this event successful. Additionally, I’d like to thank our Maestro sponsor, Magyar Bank, for their continued generosity, as well as the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA for their support and attendance this evening.

Good Evening,
Thank you so much for being a part of Hope for Ukraine, the 2023 State Theatre New Jersey Classical Season Celebration. It is my distinct honor to serve as Chair of this year’s very special celebration as we raise funds to support our Classical Series and music education programs, as well as the people of Ukraine.
I extend my deepest appreciation to the Celebration Committee for their work to make this night a success. Their dedication to our legacy of incredible classical presentations was made even more fervent by the opportunity to aid the Ukrainian Red Cross Society in their work. A very special thanks to the Ukrainian community in NJ as well, who has brought a great deal of support to tonight’s event.
