It is my pleasure to welcome you to our annual Classical Season Celebration! We are honored to celebrate our long tradition of classical performances with you tonight and appreciate your commitment to State Theatre New Jersey’s mission to enrich the lives of people from diverse backgrounds through the power of live performance.
This annual event raises essential funds to support our year-round classical and arts educational programming, particularly our Symphony Scholars program. One of my earliest arts memories is of attending the symphony with my family. Although I do not remember the program, I remember being mesmerized by the beauty of the music and the mastery of the performers. Fostering these experiences, particularly for the youth of our community, is central to our mission to provide access to live arts performances.
On behalf of the Board, staff, and volunteers, thank you for your generous support of State Theatre New Jersey and for joining us for this special celebration.
With gratitude,
Sarah K. Chaplin
