Aries is the Annapolis Symphony Academy's Youth Chamber Orchestra designed to further the ensemble playing skills of young musicians who may have prior experience playing in small ensembles.

Who Qualifies for Aries Youth Chamber Orchestra?

Driven young string players ages 10 and up, taking weekly one-on-one private lessons with an instructor, either at the Academy through our Virtuoso Pathway*,  or through a private teacher outside the Academy.

Here are the ways Aries enhances and develops the students' orchestral playing:

• Weekly Chamber Orchestra rehearsals lessons led by Ms. Heather Haughn.
• Perform exciting Chamber Orchestra repertoire on Annapolis Symphony Academy concerts.
• Participate in exciting collaborations with partner youth orchestras.
