Hannah Verduzco is a lyric soprano who has recently appeared with Opera UCLA as the title role in Iphigenie en Tauride (May 2026) and the Governess in Benjamin Britten’s The Turn of the Screw (November 2025). In Summer 2026, she will join the Chautauqua Opera Conservatory, where she will study the First Lady in Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte and sing Donna Anna from Mozart’s Don Giovanni in their Opera Scenes Concert. Additional credits with Opera UCLA include chorus appearances in Handel’s Acis and Galatea, Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas, and Richard Danielpour’s The Grand Hotel Tartarus.
In October 2026, Hannah will be a recitalist with Prima Voce Emerging Artists, accompanied by Lucy Yates. Hannah is also a winner of the 2024-2025 UCLA All-Stars Competition, where she performed Schubert’s Gretchen am Spinnrade with the UCLA Philharmonia.
Hannah is completing her Master of Music in Vocal Performance at the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music, where she studies with Michael Dean.
