• Kleinhans Music Hall will open 90 minutes before a concert’s scheduled start, or earlier depending on pre-concert activities
• Special assistance in the areas of parking, seating, and hearing will be accommodated to the best of our ability; Please contact the Box Office ahead of your visit
• Options are available for patrons using mobility aids or requesting a wheelchair accessible location and accompanying companion seating
• Kleinhans Music Hall uses card payments. Cash can be converted to a pre-paid debit card using the cash-to-card machine in the lobby
• Service animals are welcome; Please notify staff upon arrival
• Hearing assistance devices, noise reduction headphones, and large print repertoire pages are available at the coat check
• Please Note: There is no elevator to the balcony level
• It is strictly forbidden to record, photograph, or film a performance in the Main Auditorium, as it presents a distraction to the musicians and other patrons; Photography is permitted before and after concerts
• Late arrivals will be seated at the first suitable break or at intermission; Late seating may not be in the purchased section
• Security screening is a requisite for entrance; Security staff and an EMT are on site for all concerts and performances; Please notify an usher or staff member if there is a medical or security need

Paid parking is available in the Kleinhans lot on a first-come, first-served basis.
