Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Amelia Grubb completed her training on scholarship at the Kirov Academy of Ballet and Akhmedova Ballet Academy. Since 2016, she has called Iowa home as a company dancer with Ballet Des Moines. She has also performed with English National Ballet, Richmond Ballet, The Washington Ballet, and Columbia Classical Ballet. Memorable roles include Cinderella, Wheeldon’s Je Ne T’aime Pas, and the title roles in Romeo & Juliet, which she performed alongside her husband, Logan Hillman.
