Tate Lee commenced his ballet training in CA at the Dmitri Kulev Classical Ballet Academy. He competed at YAGP and was selected to perform at Lincoln Center for the final rounds. In 2016, he was the sole male dancer chosen to represent the U.S. at Prix de Lausanne. He was honored as the Jerome Robbins Award Recipient by the School of American Ballet and received an Honorable Mention at the Los Angeles Music Center Spotlight Awards. Tate began his professional career with Colorado Ballet in 2017 before dancing with Los Angeles Ballet. At present, he is fully immersed as a student, majoring in biology with aspirations to pursue a healthcare career.
