Brenda is a performer based in Oakland. An alumna of the Neo-Futurists in Chicago and the San Francisco Neo-futurists, she performed with the Neos in their digital play 45 Plays for America’s First Ladies (’NY Times Critic’s Pick’, 2021). She performed with Chicago Children’s Theater, The House Theater, and Teatro Vista. In the Bay Area, she recently performed in the SF Neos’ ongoing show The Infinite Wrench, and in Arsenic and Old Lace at Lesher Center. She worked as a teaching artist for Word for Word Theater and has been a medical clown for Medical Clown Project since 2015.
